About Home Care Wilton Manors

We do one thing — put trained aides into people's own homes. What follows is how they are picked, who keeps an eye on them, and how the money is handled.

What this is

Home Care Wilton Manors puts trained aides into private houses across central Broward — washing and dressing, company, help getting about, cooked meals, and the upkeep that keeps a house liveable. Nothing is scheduled without a written plan behind it.

There is no facility and no clinical nursing here. Where a need is clinical we say so rather than stretch what an aide may do — that boundary is not a limitation, it is the reason the service is worth having.

How it is run

Four answers to the four questions families actually ask.

Who gets sent into a house

Every aide clears a background check and reference checks before being given a plan, and is trained before taking one. We would sooner tell you Thursday is not coverable than fill it with somebody we do not know.

What they are working from

A plan written in the house before the first shift, based on what somebody saw rather than what was described over the phone.

Who is watching

A named person holds the schedule, checks the visits and takes the call when something needs raising. There is one number for that, not a form.

How the money works

The figure, the shortest visit and what it covers, all named before care begins — and hours that can climb or drop as the situation does.

Ask us what you would ask anyone else

Who checks the aides. What to do when the one you get is wrong for your mother. What a realistic week actually comes to. Every agency you ring should answer all three without hedging.
